Terms and conditions
The boundaries for accounts, payments and merchant programmes.
These plain-language terms describe the current public product position. Material commercial or regulated terms require owner and legal approval.
1. Using EzMarket
By using EzMarket, you agree to the applicable account, payment and programme terms shown to you. You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.
2. Connected transactions
EzMarket can verify only transactions processed through an authorised EzMarket-connected flow. It does not automatically observe every bank QR, POS or external marketplace transaction.
3. Merchant programmes
Participating merchants define eligible offers, rates and programme rules subject to EzMarket requirements. Programme terms may vary and should be presented before participation.
4. Cashback and referral earnings
Cashback or referral earnings apply only to qualifying transactions under the displayed programme rules. Earnings are not unlimited or guaranteed.
5. Refunds and reversals
Refund, dispute and reward-reversal treatment depends on the applicable transaction and programme rules. Pilot controls must be verified before rewards are represented as final after a refund window.
6. Prohibited activity
Fraud, self-referral abuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation, money laundering and unlawful use are prohibited and may result in withheld qualification, account restriction or investigation.
7. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for lawful operations, accurate business information, customer-facing programme terms and honouring supported transactions and refunds.
8. Service availability
EzMarket may change, suspend or discontinue features. Planned or pilot capabilities are not guaranteed production services until confirmed in writing.
9. Governing terms
Applicable detailed terms, merchant agreements and Malaysian law govern the service. This public summary should not replace a signed merchant agreement or transaction-specific terms.
