You do not need to make a purchase before referring.
New accounts join through a referral code. If a friend invited you, use their link or code. If nobody did, tap “I don’t have a code” when you sign up and you’ll join through the EzMarket community.
Already a member? Sign in to use your own code. Opening another invite does not change who referred you. Ordinary product sharing while signed out is different from sharing with your personal referral link.
Reward history records rewards over time. It is not the amount you can currently spend or withdraw from your Wallet.

Do I need to buy something before referring?
No. You can shop, refer friends, or do both. You do not need to make a purchase before referring. Sign in to get your own personal link.
Which purchases earn rewards?
Rewards depend on the participating business, eligible payments through EzMarket and the applicable reward rules. Check the product and payment details before you pay.
When will my reward arrive?
Reward timing depends on the payment channel and the applicable rules. A shared link or a new signup alone does not earn a purchase reward.
What happens if a purchase is refunded?
Refunds may change rewards. A refund or reward adjustment may still be pending; check the relevant payment or order and contact support if you need help.
Is the merchant reward allocation the same as my cashback rate?
No. EzMarket’s member-referral model divides the reward allocation into six shares before applicable rounding: one for buyer cashback and up to five for eligible referral tiers. The total allocation is not the buyer’s cashback rate. Eligibility and refund rules still apply.
Will sharing another product change who referred me?
Opening another product or invite link does not change an existing member’s referral relationship. Use your own personal code when sharing to earn eligible referral rewards; an ordinary shop link is not automatically your affiliate link.
Do I need to download an app to use EzMarket?
You can use EzMarket in your browser. The marketplace’s Install EzMarket button offers web-app installation when supported, or home-screen instructions. Shopping, payments and account data need an internet connection.
Is my total reward history available to withdraw?
No. Reward history records rewards over time. Check your personal wallet for current available funds; rewards, refunds, holds and other authorised movements can affect availability.
